The Market Development team is based across the world and manages relationships with agents who wish to become INTCAS Centres. Globally, the team is responsible for ensuring INTCAS Centres are supported to serve the global education world.

The team oversees operations across:

Commercial Development

The Commercial Development is a creative business unit which strengthens the link between the academic and commercial world. Headquartered in the UK the Commercial Development team has sub-units based in each jurisdiction in which INTCAS operate forming commercial partnerships with organisations across the private, public and third sector.

Finance Operations

Overview

The Finance Operations function is the heartbeat of a complex high volume transaction organisation unit which manages funds from across the world. Students’ payment coming into and out of our escrow is managed by the Finance Operations team. The unit oversees a global network of banking operations ensuring cross-border transactions and regulatory matters are completely addressed in an efficient manner.

Leadership Development Programme

Our Leadership Development Scheme (LDP) is a fast-track 24-month programme designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within INTCAS. It is a reflection of the CEO’s desire of developing people assets and to build a succession plan to drive our global growth strategy.

The LDP is a rotational program focused on accelerated development of top potential talent, with the purpose of creating a pipeline of high performing leaders that can eventually be permanently assigned to a particular arm of our organisation. Our LDP candidates will be carefully managed across four 6 month engagements across the major functions of INTCAS both in the UK and across a global network of offices.

As an LDP you will be presented with the opportunity of working on extraordinary projects with exceptional people, helping solve both strategic and operational problems. The Leadership Development Programme is targeting individuals with a minimum 10 years commercial experience that has completed an Executive MBA from a top 100 global business school. Graduate Development Programme

Our Graduate Development Scheme (GDP) is a 36-month programme which allows new graduates to enter the INTCAS world. The programme is designed to provide Graduates exposure to all major parts of the INTCAS environment. 36 months may seem short but the learning is very steep and intense.

The GDP is a rotational program focused on accelerated development of graduates that can demonstrate a passion for excellence, aptitude to learn under a rapidly changing environment and ability to take initiatives to develop your own career. This is no spoon feeding environment and reflects the CEO’s desire of cultivating human capital by giving each graduate an environment to rapidly grow.

Our GDP candidates will be carefully managed across 6 x 6-month engagements across the major functions of INTCAS both in the UK. There will be buddy schemes and each graduate will be able to shadow a member of the Executive Board.

As a GDP you will be presented with the opportunity of working on extraordinary projects with exceptional people, helping solve both strategic and operational problems.

Apprentice Development Programme

If a university is not for you then why not consider our Apprentice Development Programme (ADP). This one-year, programme allows individuals to work 4 days a week whilst also pursuing a vocational course. Your performance will be monitored periodically and at the end of the year you will be expected to enrol on the career path within one of the functions within INTCAS.

As an ADP you will be presented with the opportunity of working on extraordinary projects with exceptional people, helping solve both strategic and operational problems.

Internships

Our Internship Programmes aims to develop a link between higher education institutions and the commercial arena. We facilitate the opportunity of providing university students vital exposure through a 12-week internship which provides an opportunity for interns to determine the course of their career.

At INTCAS we hope our internship programme will benefit you in a number of ways. You can expect to deepen your understanding of the industries related to your study and gain exposure to numerous analytical problem-solving tools. Our world-class performance management function will enable you to receive a wide variety of feedback and coaching from your colleagues.

We aim to provide you with an extensive assessment upon completion which we trust you will find useful in determining the course of your career. Above all, we welcome the opportunity of remaining in touch with you through our Alumni and will encourage you to consider future employment opportunities across our portfolio through the Graduate Development Programme (GDP) or the Leadership Development Programme (LDP).

You will receive continual feedback and coaching from your colleagues which will result in an extensive assessment upon completion of your 12-week internship. We hope that the interns we take on will stay in contact with us for future employment opportunities.
