Kevin McGrath show profile
Kevin McGrath is a member of the board overseeing the strategic and operational steer of the organisation. Previously Kevin was Managing Director and Senior Adviser to F&C REIT Asset Management, an investment management company with a global property investment portfolio of over £8.5 billion and offices in London, Dublin, Munich, Stockholm, and Mumbai. Kevin is also Chairman of M&M Asset Management. Prior to working for F&C REIT, Kevin was a founding Equity Partner in REIT Asset Management, a property investment, finance, and asset management partnership which managed over £3.5 billion of commercial property around the world and had offices in London, Munich, Tel Aviv, Stockholm, and Mumbai.
Kevin is a thorough professional and embodies the values of INTCAS by balancing the relationship between private and third sector development. This includes:

Kevin served as a Commissioner on the Independent Commission on English Prisons and currently sits on the Criminal Justice Policy Working Group and Addiction Alcohol and Resettlement Commission chaired by John Podmore.
Kevin is a former Director and Chairman of Queens Park Rangers Football Club plc; a former Trustee of The Chartered Surveyors Training Trust; The Guildford School of Acting; The WAVE Trust and The Prison Advice and Care Trust; and is a former UCLH Cancer Centre Development board member.
Professor Patrick McGhee show profile
Professor Patrick McGhee is a member of the Board and assists the executive team in the strategic and operational delivery of INTCAS. Professor Patrick McGhee is a Chartered Health Psychologist, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, a UK National Teaching Fellow and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. He has a First Class Honours Degree from the University of Glasgow and a PhD from Oxford University. He has completed CPD programmes in Executive Leadership at Ashridge and at Harvard Business School. He also has a Certificate in International Auditing from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Following an initial period working in the NHS as a Research Fellow in Psychiatry and Psychology, he was Dean, Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor at some of the largest and most socially diverse universities in the UK. He is a well-known advocate for inclusive and progressive higher education, an occasional newspaper columnist and regular social media commentator. Amongst a range of non-executive and Trustee roles, he has been Chair of Westlakes Research Ltd, President and Chair of the Board of Million+, the Higher Education Think Tank, a Member of Universities UK Main Board and International Committee; a Member of the HE Advisory Panel to the Sector Skills Council for Lifelong Learning and a Member of the Further Education and Skills Ministerial Advisory Panel. He was a Member of Teaching Quality Student Experience Board of the HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England) and Chair of the HEFCE Teaching Funding Advisory Committee. He has given evidence to HE Commissions and to the Lords EU Select Committee on Social Policy and Consumer Protection. He has been involved in developing international partnerships over the last 20 years in Brazil, India, Russia, China, Malaysia, Japan, Brussels/EU, USA, Mexico and Morocco amongst others. He is the author of many academic articles, chapters books and edited collections, including The Academic Quality Handbook. London: Kogan Page and Thinking Psychologically. He has been a reviewer for the British Journal of Psychology, The British Journal of Social Psychology, JSPR, and the Journal for the Theory of Social Behaviour and several others. Jerry is a member of the Board of INTCAS and has a proven track record in commercial development across numerous sectors including education. Jerry has developed his skills working for internationally recognised institutions such as the London Stock Exchange and has held director positions in leading market research organisations such as Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS).
Jerry is an inspirational leader who is able to bring a creative and distinctive viewpoint to the discussion table and works with fellow executives to develop INTCAS into a leading service provider in the global education industry. He has significant experience in the further and higher education markets and works operationally with education institutions to improve and accelerate their international strategy.
Zakaria Mahmood show profile
Zakaria is the Managing Director of INTCAS and heads up the Executive Board. Zakaria has significant experience in the international education market having advised public and private institution across the world on education. He has also held CXO positions in various education organisations relating to international students.
Zakaria had developed a track record for designing and delivering large scale strategic and operational transformation programmes operating across eight sectors which include financial services, transportation, education, FMCG and Telecommunication. He has experience of working across North America, Europe, Middle East and South Asia. He has over a decade experience working across the Big 4 advisory firms and has also served as a Trusted Advisor to the Board of a global mobile network operator.
Zakaria is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and has taken the lead in developing an INTCAS culture which is based on operational and people excellence which will drive growth across the UK and other markets. He is committed to collaborating with numerous stakeholders to develop a cohesive community which safeguards the global education market.
Zakaria has an undergraduate from King's College, London and has completed his Executive MBA from Cass Business School. His interests include playing cricket, squash, travelling and reading.
Andy Topping show profile
Andy is a Special Advisor to the INTCAS Board and advises the executives on a range of strategic and operational matters relating to the complex and global banking infrastructure which has been designed to address the issues impacting the UK education sector.
Andy has gained significant experience working for leading banking institutions such as RBS and HSBC where he undertook a range of roles within Funds & Intermediary services and has worked with some of the world’s largest and prominent private equity funds. Andy is currently working for SG Hambros the private banking arm of Societe Generale. Andy has an undergraduate from Leeds Metropolitan University and a postgraduate in Finance & Investment.
Dr Keith Sharp show profile
Dr Keith Sharp is an active advisor to the INTCAS Board and advises the executives on a range of strategic and operational functions. Keith has over twenty years experience as an academic and senior academic manager in the British higher education sector. He has provided advice to universities, governments and private sector educational organisations in the UK and around the world. He has served as an institutional auditor for the UK's Quality Assurance Agency and Head of the UK Higher Education International Unit at Universities UK.
Keith has provided advice, support and training on many aspects of international higher education including the establishment of partnerships with UK universities, international student recruitment, quality assurance and enhancement, learning and teaching, the student experience and the establishment of international campuses and offices. Keith is also serving as the Director of International Programmes at the London School of Economics.

Mark is a Special Advisor to the Board and advises the executives on a range of matters relating to the UK further education, English language and international partnerships. Mark has a proven track record in the education sector having worked in leading FE colleges and independent colleges and has held senior posts within leading education organisations such as Pearson.
Mark has significant experience of working with CXO's to simplify complexity. Mark maintains a global network which is being used to build and grow INTCAS across the world. Mark has completed undergraduate degrees from Lancaster University and Roehampton University and has an Executive MBA from Cass Business School.
Lee Bartlett show profile
Lee Bartlett is a Special Advisor to the Board and works with the executives in designing and delivering a range of operational functions across INTCAS. Lee has previously held the post of Deputy Director of Licensing & Sponsor Management at the UK Border Agency and was the national operational lead in dealing with UK-based employers and educational institutions under the Points Based System.
He was responsible for the development and implementation of the Highly Trusted Sponsorship policy and was also the Senior Operational decision maker in regards to licensing and all sponsorship compliance action under the Points Based System. He has over 10 years experience of working for both the UK Home Office and UK Border Agency (UKBA) in strategic operational and policy roles. Lee is the Compliance and Audit Manager for Fragomen LLP where he is supporting a world class team which can work with INTCAS to help strengthen our partner education institutions international function.

JP Harrop is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of international experience in the Fund Administration industry. JP has held director positions in various global banking institutions and is a Senior Partner at Augentius which is one of the world’s largest independent Private Equity Fund Administrator with over 220 staff servicing 500 Funds and Entities from offices across the globe.
